BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Birthday parties are available during Didier Farms Pumpkinfest only - end of September to Halloween.  Birthday Parties are offered weekdays and weekends with four heated birthday rooms available.

Reservations begin the first Monday of August.  Call 847-634-3291, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.  Reservation will not be taken before the first Monday of August.  If possible, have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices on times and dates for birthday party.  There is a non-refundable room fee holds your room.

Room fees must be received after making your reservation or your date will be canceled.

A room will be reserved for 2 hour slots.

  • 9:00 am - 11:00 am
  • 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
  • 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
  • 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
  • 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
  • 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
  • 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your party to set up and you must vacate the room by the end of your 2 hours. The party host may park in the designated birthday party parking space for 10 minutes only to unload and load for your party. You must then move your car to the west parking lot.   All guests must park in the West parking lot.

Weekday Price per child differs from Saturday, Sunday, Columbus Day, and Wristband Thursday prices.

Minimum 12 children. Only one adult per child included in price.

ALL CHILDREN must be paid for and included in your group's rate.  Infants UNDER ONE are free unless the parent wants them to receive a pumpkin and trick or trick goodie bag.  Your party package includes one adult per child for the hayride and/or corn maze.  Additional adults wishing to go on hayride and/or cornmaze is $4.50 per adult. (ALL ADULTS DO NOT receive a pumpkin or trick or treat bag).  If an adult picks a pumpkin, the adult must pay for the pumpkin in the farmstand by the pound price.  Remember, your visit is not a guided tour.  All parents or supervisors are responsible for the children in the party and any gifts OR belongings in the partyroom.  The room fee is paid in advance to hold your reservation and NOT deducted from your bill. 

Price per child includes:

  • Pumpkin for each paid child up to 10 lbs.
  • Trick or Treat Bag filled with Didier Farms Activity Book and crayons
  • Tractor Drawn Hayride to Pumpkin Patch and Scarecrow alley (weather permitting)
  • Visit to Corny Corn Maze
  • Educational Farm Display - See the Baby Chicks
  • Visit the Pig Bin - See the Baby Piglets
  • Outdoor Display - for Photo Opportunity
  • Animated Figures in our Farmstand
  • Farm Animals for Viewing

Activities Added for an additional fee:

  • Pony Rides
  • Petting Zoo
  • Moon walk (weather permitting)
  • Sunshine Crafts - magnet painting
  • Sunshine Crafts - Tie-Dye Shirts
  • Childrens Mechanical Rides


Food Packages are available from our Pumpkin Patch Cafe. You are welcome to bring your own food and/or cake. Delivery from other places is acceptable.   We can refrigerate items for you but we do not have a freezer for ice-cream.

No Smoking, Alcoholic Beverages, or Stereos are permitted!!!
