Didier Farms picks daily, when in season, tomatoes, green beans, zucchini, many sweet and hot pepper varieties, eggplant, and patty pan squash.

We grow many other vegetables with SWEET CORN being our specialty!!!

U-PICK YOUR OWN VEGETABLES

WEATHER PERMITTING - WHEN IN SEASON

U-PICK your own vegetables

In season, you may pick, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Eggplant, Sweet and Hot Peppers, and Tomatoes.

Bring your OWN BUSHEL BASKET (or a 5-gallon painters bucket) in order to pick in the field.  If you do not have your own bushel basket, you must purchase bushel baskets from Didier Farms.  You will not be allowed to pick with any other containers.  You cannot transfer vegetables from our bushels to bags before checking out. No refund on bushel baskets!

Starting at the end of September there will be no picking on the weekends.

RECIPES and TIPS

CORN TIPS: Sweet Corn stays fresh longer in the husk. If you remove the husk, rinse and place in plastic bag so that the corn does not dry out. The longer you store corn, the sugar turns to starch therefore losing its sweetness.
